PCM - Progressive Construction Management
PCM provides a full menu of construction consulting services tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Our most recent project is the Spaceport America located east of TorC. PCM is the development task manager for the Terminal Hangar Facility, which will house Virgin Galactic's White Knight 2 and SS 2. In this capacity, PCM represents the New Mexico Spaceport Authority in the design/schedule/budget of this state of the art facility. Other tasks include the review of all the infrastructure drawings prepared by DMJM Aviation.
